This master plan establishes a new benchmark for curated luxury living—an exclusive community shaped by architectural distinction, ecological stewardship, and long-term sustainability. Organized around a restored green belt and anchored by a vibrant central park, the development offers a rare union of privacy, wellness, and nature.

At its core are three ultra-luxury gated districts, each defined by its own identity, architectural character, and exclusive amenities. Low-density villa neighborhoods, controlled access points, and discreet circulation patterns ensure a lifestyle centered on privacy, serenity, and security.

The Green Heart: Central Park

The heart of the master plan is the Green Heart, a grand central park that functions as both the ecological and social spine of the community. Sculpted gardens, shaded walking trails, children’s play zones, performance lawns, and open-air art landscapes create a dynamic environment that enriches everyday life.

Beyond its recreational role, the park is a powerful environmental intervention—combating desertification, restoring the site’s green belt, and returning lasting ecological value to residents and landowners.
